How do I know that I am getting a fair price for the work you are performing?
A visit to the local home improvement store will price the material items at current retail. As for the labor, we do not (unlike other "Handymen") quote figures that sound good, or what we would want to get paid to do the project. I refer to RS Means Guide To Home Improvements. RS Means gathers information regional, coast to coast, to help homeowners and those who do home improvements to accurately bid out a project. Upon acceptance of the bid, the work date to begin is then scheduled. Payment is due in full upon completion of the project(s).

We schedule each project in its entirety. The Start Date is the day we begin and the Finish Date is the day we end. We keep a very organized time line and schedule work to be completed in that time frame. We do not overbook or double schedule clients. When you hire us, we work for you and you alone.
